The 2012 West Australian Golf League annual general
meeting will be held on 1st February at Maylands Golf Course Tavern at 7.30pm.
As of the 19th January NO nominations have been received for any of the
Executive Committee positions.
The Association cannot exist without a management committee, it is time for all
members to have a long hard think about what you will be losing.
• No centralized handicapping system.
• No handicap cards.
• No State Public Course Championships.
• NO PENNANTS!
• No Champion of Champions.
• No club database for communicating between clubs.
• No Consistency Award.
• No Merit Medal Awards.
• No Website.
In the song "Big Yellow Taxi" there is a line, "You never know what you've got till it's gone". Sums it up nicely.
Nominations are open to all financial members of the League.
